What can I read for free?+
The Open Desk includes practical checklists for five macro topics, links to official sources and release calendars, and a New York session clock. No account or payment is needed. Published NQ forecasts, their evidence, Today, and session results remain membership content.
Is this a trading signal service?+
Zetema Research publishes general market research and a directional bias for defined NQ sessions. It does not give personalized advice, trade entries, position sizes, or stop-loss instructions. No outcome or profit is promised.
What does my $50 membership include?+
Both NQ session biases, the published directional record, and Today’s macro context. The stock research beta and Watchlist are not included in the $50 website plan. They are available separately to verified BIAS and TDEV Discord members.
What if I already pay through Discord?+
Sign in with Discord or connect it in My account. If your account holds BIAS or TDEV in our server, NQ, Today, stock research beta and Watchlist are included while your role is verified. Joining the server or signing in alone does not qualify. Beta coverage is incomplete; a company brief is not a completed research review.
How do I cancel?+
Use Cancel subscription in My account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until your paid period ends. Payment details and invoices are available through Manage payment & invoices.
Are there refunds or guaranteed results?+
Fees are generally nonrefundable once a paid period starts, except where required by law or for a verified billing error. Contact support about duplicate or mistaken charges. Research and directional results are never a guarantee of investment returns.
