1. Terms of service

Zetema Research is an educational market research publication. By creating an account or using member features, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a subscription agreement. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase access.

Your account

Use accurate details and keep access to your sign-in provider secure. Each subscription is for the individual account used to purchase it. Do not share accounts, resell access, scrape private research, circumvent access controls, or interfere with the service. Report unauthorized account use promptly. An account is free; account creation alone does not start a paid subscription.

Research and availability

Research is general information, not a personalized recommendation or investment advisory relationship. The site does not accept trading instructions, hold funds for investing, or execute trades. Publication timing is a target, not a guarantee. Missing evidence, source outages, holidays, and technical issues can delay or prevent a report. Check each report’s date, coverage window, source timestamps, and limitations.

We may correct, withdraw, or update research, with dated records where applicable. Original calls and their original methodology remain in the historical record. We do not promise accuracy, uninterrupted availability, completeness, or any trading result. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Permitted use and enforcement

Content is licensed for your personal, noncommercial use during your access period. Third-party sources retain their own rights. You may link to the public homepage; substantial copying or redistribution of member research requires permission. We may suspend access for fraud, security threats, material misuse, or violations of these terms, subject to applicable law and any required notice or refund.

Responsibility and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we are not responsible for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from use of research. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights. No term requires you to waive non-waivable rights.

Material changes will be communicated through the site or account email before they apply where required. We will seek additional consent when required. A price change will not be imposed without advance notice and any required consent. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

2. The $50 monthly NQ membership

Price: $50 USD at purchase, then $50 USD each month until canceled. There is no annual plan, free trial, or introductory price. The checkout must show the total charge before payment. Do not proceed if the checkout does not show the advertised $50 monthly amount.

The plan includes the overnight NQ bias, New York morning NQ bias, supporting research, the published session archive and directional record, and Today’s macro context. The stock research beta and Watchlist are not included in the $50 website NQ plan. No release date or future stock-research entitlement is promised by this purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly using the payment method authorized at checkout. You must expressly agree to the recurring charge before payment. Your account and payment receipt identify your paid period. The payment processor handles card details; Zetema Research does not store your card number. Access starts only after payment is verified.

If a payment fails or a subscription expires, is refunded, or is disputed, access may be paused or removed. Sign in using the same account used for checkout. We do not merge accounts or transfer subscriptions solely because their email addresses match.

Discord role access

Verified BIAS and TDEV roles in the designated Zetema Research Discord server unlock both NQ sessions, Today, and early access to the stock research beta. This benefit requires linking the correct Discord account and authorizing the membership check. Server membership or Discord sign-in alone is insufficient. The role is checked again when protected research is requested; removing a qualifying role or leaving the server ends the access associated with that role. The stock research beta includes published company research and browser-local Watchlists. It is unfinished: coverage varies by company, horizon interpretations may be pending, and source checks and updates are not instant. A published brief is not a complete research review. The $50 website plan alone does not include this beta. TDEV retains its existing research-tool access; beta access does not grant site administration, payment controls, or new AI usage permissions. Any separately purchased Discord membership is billed and canceled through its original seller.

3. Cancellation & refunds

Cancel your website subscription online in My account → Cancel subscription before your next renewal to prevent the next monthly charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain paid access until then unless it must be suspended for fraud, a payment reversal, or serious misuse.

Monthly fees are generally nonrefundable once a paid period begins, except where required by law or for a verified billing error. We will review duplicate, unauthorized, or mistaken-charge reports. This policy does not limit statutory cooling-off rights, remedies for a service that is not supplied as agreed, or other mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

For billing assistance, use the contact details below and include your account email, payment date, and receipt reference. Never send your full card number, password, or security code. Payment details and invoices are available through the billing portal linked from My account.

4. Privacy Policy

Information we process

When you sign in, the site receives a verified account identifier and available profile information such as email and name. Supported external sign-in methods are managed by Clerk; ChatGPT sign-in is managed by the hosting platform. The sign-in provider handles credentials. Zetema Research does not maintain its own password database.

If you connect Discord, we use the linked Discord identifier and an authorized server-membership check to determine whether you hold an eligible paid role. The provider’s OAuth token is handled only on the server for that check, not sent to your browser or shown publicly. We do not request access to your private Discord messages for membership verification.

For subscriptions, we retain a payment customer identifier, subscription identifier, payment status, price, paid-through date, cancellation state, and the recurring-payment terms you accepted with their version and timestamp. Stripe processes payment details, receipts, invoices, and billing-portal interactions under its own policies. We do not store complete card details.

Why and how data is used

We use account data to authenticate you, provide the access you are entitled to, operate subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, maintain security, and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Hosting, authentication, and payment providers process data needed to operate these services. They may process data in countries outside your place of residence.

The application uses essential cookies or comparable storage for sign-in, security, and account functionality. Our application does not sell personal information or use advertising trackers. Infrastructure and linked third-party websites have their own processing practices and policies.

Retention and your choices

Account information is retained while needed to operate your account. Billing and consent records may be kept after account closure where needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

You can manage connected accounts through My account where supported. Disconnecting Discord removes our ability to verify role access. Deleting or disconnecting a sign-in account does not itself cancel a Stripe subscription; cancel billing first or ask support for help. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or an explanation of retained records. Depending on your jurisdiction, additional rights and complaint mechanisms may apply. We verify requests to protect your account.

Do not submit brokerage credentials, account statements, confidential financial records, or sensitive information through Zetema Research. The service is not intended for children under 18. Security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Market and futures risk

General research. Not financial advice. Content does not take account of your finances, objectives, experience, or risk tolerance. Seek appropriately qualified advice when you need a personal recommendation.

Futures are leveraged and can produce losses exceeding your margin deposit. Prices can move abruptly; spreads, slippage, execution, position size, and margin requirements affect actual results. A correct directional bias can still result in a losing trade. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose.

Directional records compare preserved calls with defined price windows. They are not actual customer returns or a tested trading strategy. Missing, unverified, withdrawn, flat, and late reports are identified according to the record’s published rules and are not invented successes. Past outcomes do not guarantee future performance.

Research may use AI assistance for organization and drafting. Sources, interpretations, and models can contain errors. Conviction labels are qualitative judgments, not calibrated probabilities. The site makes no claim of regulatory approval, adviser registration, or National Futures Association membership. A “not financial advice” label does not determine the operator’s regulatory obligations.

Conflicts

Do not assume the publisher has no financial interests in discussed markets. Specific material holdings, compensation, or other conflicts must be disclosed where applicable. No issuer-sponsored stock research is included in this subscription.
